How it works
A shared profile link opens the card and film with no account. Then the desk matches film to real roster need. No scholarship guarantee.

The athlete form is FREE. Name, number, email, and a Hudl link are enough to start. Phone, email, and transcripts stay off the public profile. Anyone with the profile link can watch the film.

Matching is film-first. We look at level (high school, JUCO, transfer), position need, region, and whether the kid’s tape actually plays at the programs being considered. That is desk work, not an algorithm dumping 400 coaches in an inbox.

On Pro we fix film and eligibility so a coach can trust the file. On VIP we write and send outreach on the athlete’s behalf and promote the profile into RTR’s coach network. The promise is the work. Offers belong to the program.

For coaches
This section is for recruiting coordinators, position coaches, high school and JUCO staffs, and independent scouts. It is not the sign-up form — that lives further down. Here is what the database actually does once your work email is approved.
Search that matches a staff meeting
Filter by position, class year, level (high school, JUCO, prep, transfer), and region. Type a name, school, or bio line. You are hunting a WR in the 2027 class from Dade, not scrolling a social feed.
A live board, not a scrape
Cards are desk-reviewed. We do not dump MaxPreps or a bought list. If a kid is on the public board, someone at RTR looked at the file.
Academics without a transcript dump
You see verified academic status (Yes / No) and a GPA range. Exact GPA, test scores, and PDFs stay locked. Eligibility documents move only with athlete authorization.
Film on the card, contact off it
Hudl and highlights are there so you can evaluate in one sitting. Phone numbers and personal emails never publish. Request an intro — the desk makes the connection.
Access is earned
Sign up with work email, organization, and program level. An automated check flags whether the domain matches the school. We cross-check the staff page, then approve full database access or reject.
