Raw Talent Recruiting

Raw Talent Recruiting LLC (“RTR,” “we”) operates this site from Miami, FL. This policy explains what we collect when you submit an athlete profile, register as a recruiter, or send a message, and how we use it.

What we collect

Profiles may include name, school, contact details, athletic measurables, film links, and the story you choose to share. Recruiter registrations include work email, organization, and recruiting needs. Contact forms include whatever you write to us.

How we use it

We use submissions to evaluate talent, make introductions, operate the directory, and reply to you. We do not sell personal information.

What recruiters can see

Public directory cards show athletic information (name, school, position, class, measurables, film links, and a short bio). Phone numbers and personal emails for user-submitted profiles are routed through RTR — they are not published.

We do not make full academic transcripts, test scores, or exact GPAs broadly searchable. Recruiters may see a verified academic status (Yes / No) and a GPA range, or an athlete-authorized GPA. Eligibility documents are released only with the athlete’s authorization.

Parent consent (under 18)

If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent before we collect or display a recruiting profile. The parent may email info@rawtalentrecruitings.com or WhatsApp: 305-879-6156 at any time to review, correct, or take the profile down. We do not sell athlete data. We do not knowingly collect profiles from children under 13.

Official school transcripts are education records. We do not ask a high school to send them without a signed release. Unofficial files a family uploads stay with the desk and move only with athlete (and, if under 18, parent) authorization.

Storage

Submissions email the RTR desk. If you are signed in, a copy can also save to your account. Browser storage may keep a local copy on this device. Request deletion anytime at info@rawtalentrecruitings.com or WhatsApp: 305-879-6156.
