People
Every profile is a person — a family, a classroom, a future. We treat the process with that weight.
Raw Talent Recruiting LLC
About RTR
A Miami-based recruiting company built to put overlooked athletes in front of the people who can change their lives.
The story
Talent opens doors.
Raw Talent Recruiting LLC was founded in Miami, FL with a simple conviction: the most important players in a program are often the ones nobody has a clip of yet.
We work the gap between high school fields, JUCO rosters, and college staffs who are tired of recycling the same names. If you produce, if you work, if the film is real — we will get it in front of someone who can say yes.
Connecting athletes with opportunities. We bridge the gap between undervalued talent and the coaches, scouts, and programs looking for their next difference-maker. That is not a tagline. It is the operating system.
Purpose
We exist to put overlooked talent in rooms that can change a life. Recognition is the first door.
Progress
From the first film cut to the last visit, we measure success by real movement: offers, fits, and futures.
How it works
Three steps. Real movement.
01
Submit
Athletes share film, measurables, and goals. One profile. The desk sees it the same day.
02
Get Matched
RTR reviews tape and fit, then puts the right names in front of the right staffs — not a blast list.
03
Get Recruited
Intros, camp invites, and honest next steps. We do the work. We do not sell a scholarship promise.
